London Zoo - Special Needs Day Saturday 11th June

Not sure if any of you know about this but London Zoo have a day where they open just for sn children and there families on Saturday 11th June.
They have a BSL interpretar as well for all talks and displays.
The prices are under 3's go free, 3-15 yr olds £5.50 and one carer goes free. Other adults go for £9.90.
I am definitely going so may see some of you there

Davros - if you don't come then I won't (no pressure whatsoever ). I am not sure what time but earlish I should imagine as need to get back for my girl's night out

Not going to be able to make it. Dh has now been told he has to work, urgent job. So after everything not going to be able to come along on Saturday.

Well today was the cut off for sending them as didn't get the form until yesterday, so haven't got any - sorry .
I am sure if HITC phoned she may be able to get some tickets at the door? Fingers crossed.

I also didn't get my form until too late - we are hoping to show up at Zoo and just pay to get in full price. If not I'll join the rest of you on the outside and we'll just go play in Regent's Park. Also aiming to get there about 10:30ish.

So about BH and kiddies not being able to come - are you sure. We really would like to meet you again...

i`ve sent off application form and have left messages asking if i can pick my tickets up at the door as unfortunately a lot of us havent found out earlier enough and i did make a comment about wherer was it advertised as we didnt hea r through any official sites only on here so thanks whoever found out for us , where did anybody else find out as it would be handy to know in the future...

They do it every year but I probably hear about it because I live nearby. Its around the same time, maybe they have a mailing list. I could have gone in and picked up forms/tickets if I'd thought about it.
I don't think I will be able to make it (wimp!). DS is at Saturday club in the morning and there's no way I'm letting him miss that! He would be horse riding in the afternoon but you're all going in the morning aren't you? It would prob be very busy in the afternoon too and I'm not sure what I would do with DD.....

the woman on the phone said she would only issue tickets on the day as a last resort, so i would call them in advance and try and get the ok
