Would any of you be interested in a holiday home in Caernarfon? We (I) have just bought a 3 bedroom chalet near caernarfon and we are setting it up as a 'safe' house-gates, high sided bed, locks etc, primarily for use by our family and friends, however, we would like to cover the cost of the site fees etc, and knowing how hard it is to find suitable holiday accomodation we thought we would offer to let 'friends' stay in exchange for a reasonable cash 'gift' towards the cost of the fees and council tax. The site has an open air heated pool, playground & bar. The chalet is 3 bed, sleeps 9 and has a large gated decked area (It is near a river) We are not advertising or running it as a business, and it wont be ready untill spring, pssibly later this year.
