how often you should have a service please.
we had the first one last year, shouldn't it be done again this year?

Don't have a WAV but service intervals should be determined by the manufactorer, and the dealer should have told you the schedule when you picked it up.

Our non wav motability car is every 2 years or 12.5k miles. How long have you had it?

the service schedule should be in the handbook for the car, with a lot of manufacturers now its every 20,000 miles

oh that explains it, it has it's mot in may, so I suppose thay know I haven't even done 2yrs worth of miles yet.
