Sorry, but can i share my proud moment please.

DS2 is just coming to the end of yr1, he has mild cp, asd & all the usual stuff that goes with it.
Anyway i have just had his report & I am so proud, he hasn't actually made much academic progress at all but the way his teacher has written about him has made me so proud.

She says
"We are so proud of how X has grown this yr, he is a very popular member of the class & his confidence has come on in leaps & bounds, he is begining to tell us his needs & wants & becoming aware of his own successes & achievements
He has faced many challenges this year always with a huge grin, he is an adorable little boy who is an absolute pleasure to have in the class, I shall miss him very much next year, Good Luck X, keep up the hard work.

Awwwwwwwww well done little man!! Thats a wonderful report! You must be so proud mummy! X

His TA has said she has asked to stay with him next year, fingers crossed he gets to keep her as she really is brillliant.

Ooops! It sounds as though I mean kidnapping her or something.

LOL Coppertop, i'd thought of offering the head a bribe, but maybe kidnapping is the way to go
