anyone know anything about social skills training and social stories??

Had DD1 CDAC report today and as suggested int he appointment its states "DD1 has some difficulties that might be on the spectrum but functionnally she is coping well and therefore a diagnosis would not be helpful at this time"

It does however suggest social skills training for her and social stories and visual timetables, but doesnt say who does them? is it something school will do?
