Vomting as a symptom/manifestation of epilepsy?

Twice in the past week DD2 has woken in the morning and been violently sick, then fine for the rest of the day. Does anyone know if there might be neurological explanation for this, rather than it being a bug? It seems weird that she has been fine in between. I'm concerned about the possibility of epilepsy, as she had neonatal seizures, nothing since. She is 28 months old, and has mild left hemiplegia (cerebral palsy).

I will put the baby monitor in her room tonight, maybe that will pick something up if she's having a seizure beforehand? Spoke to GP today but she brushed me off.
