Fingers crossed please everyone. Whatever the outcome I have decided dd will not be going back to her current school in year 6, it's just not fair on her.
I so badly want this school but it's a hard fight. If they say no at panel does it go straight to Tribunal or can we negotiate in between? Any advice gratefully received X

Blossomhill, so sorry to read this. Nothing to add to the previous posters, but sending strength and resiliance vibes your way.

Agree that SOSSEN could be helpful.

Sorry they turned you down. Organisations like IPSEA or posters on here who've been through similar will be better placed to advise, but if you've not already done so I wonder if you could ask the school or LEA to set out why they are meeting her needs in writing and then refute their claims.

Cannot add anything useful but just wanted to say how sorry I am. I too can guess at how you are feeling, and wish you strength for the next battle ahead. SOSSEN are good

I'm so sorry that they turned you down, BH.

Fingers crossed for you that there's a way to get the decision overturned. xxx
