ok i have had enough tried calling paed about ds lack of sleeping but all I get is were disscuss at his next review which is still approx 2monthsaway.And now past the iron bar level

Im tired and crabby , where else coud i but melatonin to to try and would it be safe and how to work out dosgae

I feel your pain phoenix! The sleep problem affects everything. DS's behaviour gets much much worst when he is tired ( he gets much more hyper, should be the other way around).
Does your DS have trouble falling asleep, or does he just wake up too early? I think melatonin just helps the process is falling asleep.
My DS is brilliant and falling asleep, our problem is that he wakes up too early, full of energy and will not go back, we were told that in these cases melatonin doesn't work.
