Anyone have any experience of Daphne Keen. She has been recommended by a friend of a friend. Am fed up waiting for confirmation my son is ASD and following my paed appt yesterday am losing patience with waiting lists. She said they were extremely slow at producing reports and that in itself will slow down the MDA appt.It is more for peace of mind than anything but I just wanna know and soon! Anyone know how soon I would get an appt with DK?

Desperate!

Desperate times. Just called the centre where he is on the waiting list and have been told minimum 39 week wait. I could scream but I can't as at work! Phoned Daphne Keen but her PA does not work on Friday but will call 1st thing on Monday and def going down that route for diagnosis. Life is too short!

Don't but at this stage will do anything. Can you give me an idea of costs as we have already had SALT Assessment & Paed Assessment done so that might help.

That's fine and hopefully will be worth it rather than waiting and worrying over the summer.

Sorry to hear that but grateful for your advice and hope you are feeling a little better now. Did she indicate how long you would have to wait for her report? What sort of thinks did she do with your ds?
