I thought it was good to see a journo giving Katie a break over Harvey's SN, I really feel for her with respect to what she has to deal with from the media over Harvey.

I admire her for being so upfront about her sons needs and some of what's involved with caring for him.

So many celebs try to be so 'perfect' all the time and project this image of perfection. What's wrong with being human and normal?

She's probably very frightened for her new baby and putting a brave face on it and keeping upbeat is hard enough, much less when you're in the public eye.
