he's just drawn all over the kitchen with permanent pen (how do you get that stuff off? OK it won't come off wood, but I can't even get it off the metal bin and glass oven door).

And he appears to be under the delusion that his bedroom is actually one big toilet.

Oh baka, my house is completely written off too. Infact, I need a special, DD-friendly house made by those changing rooms people with wipe-clean everything, everything in cabinets so DD can't throw food and drink at them etc etc etc... And she's only going to get bigger.
I don't know how you get permanent pen off. Eek. Scourer and Jif?!

Try hairspray it may get the marker off, try it on a small concealed area first.

silly thing is someone was in the room with him when he did it! literally can't ake you eyes off him atm.

He wees in front of us (on purpose) so if he's trailed around then as soon as those trousers go down he can be whisked to the toilet. It'll go- he'll be doing something hideous but different next week but meantime my washing pile is ridiculous.

baka, OMG! How are you reacting when he does that?!

well... it started earlier in the week because he was stripping off (and laughing) so I was putting him in his room until he got dressed again (pants and top on at least- and he doesn;t have sensory issues with clothes unless they're hideous materia). So then he decided to wee on his extra matress he has in his room, and then he started weeing all over the house. Perfect eye contact and laughing whilst doing it. He always strips off though so as soon as those trousers came down- whisk- up to the toilet, with that bored look- you know the one I mean.

it's worked- the behaviour has almost gone- I reckon a couple of days and we'll be past it.

Didn't know one little boy had so much urine in him.

he's wet his bed the last couple of nights (on purpose) but I have a VERY good matress thingy- holds 2 litres, so I just whisk that off in the morning anbd wash (luckily I have 2 of them).

Baka...we went through the weeing stage last year when ds was 8....he would pee everywhere...my undies draw, in the food cupboard...on his bed!!!

Paed called it indescriminate micturition and said it was caused by stress and frustration....ummmm I think it was more like devilment and chose to see it as my son having some sort of sense of humour!

Gladly the problem stopped after a couple of months....but in the meantime I got myself plenty of bottles of urine deodourisers and cans of vanish....given time it will pass, Im sure.

Have you tried wetwipes to attack the permanent ink???? They might work.

Dh is a decorator Baka and he used stain block when dd went through a whole year of murals on our walls. It really worked on permanent and what you do is spray over the pen and then paint ove rit afterwards. You buy it in a can from B&Q.

Just seen this. Did you get the marker off? Don't know how you're coping with the weeing, but I guess it's one of those things you just have to deal with. Sending sympathies cos I've got no advice.

I suppose a positive thing is that it knows he is doing it, I assume he's toilet trained already though? If not, this would be a good sign. No help when you've got to clear it up all the time. We had to change DS's bedroom from carpet to wood laminate.....

try nail vanish remover on the bin and oven.

our house was one big toilet for many years, it WILL pass thou gawd knows what it will be replaced with as for the pen marks , if its on the walls and woodwork cover the marks with oil based gloss paint and then put other paint on top it will stop the marks showing through
