Hi. I hope upi don't mind me posting here but I'm in need of some advice.

A friend of my Dsis has a 9yo DS who has just been diagnosed with a condition for which he requires a wheelchair (I don't know the name of the condition). He is home from hospital this week, but the wheelchair the hospital have ordered for him isn't ready yet, and apparently the hospital only have 2 on the ward, one of which is missing, so can't lend her one for the short-term. It is gorgeous weather here ATM and I think she would have liked to have him out and about if possible.

So, can anyone recommend somewhere she could hire one (although cheaply as I think money is tight) or borrow one, just for a short time until theirs is ready?

We are on the Yorkshire Coast, I think it's YO16 area.

Many many TIA.
