Well...we are bk from hospital and no further forward.... Jack's consultant wasn't around, and isn't over the weekend either, so sent us home as Jack is well in himself apart from seizures, just his meds need tweaked so as we have appointment with consultant tuesday they said to hang off ti then as the consultant wants to assess him and have final say, so waste of time....

Hiya every1, Jack had appointment today, there was no nd to be thre all day as th consultant didnt have to put him into a seizure to assess him....I had caught 2 gd videos on my phone,(the one's on the links on ths thread) the consultant sed they are drop attacks, correct name "atonic seizures", and tht he has myoclonic epilepsy def, but unfortunately we have to keep Lennox-Gastaut-Syndrome at the bk of our minds as he may have it, or may develop later on but not right nw, as Jack has the different types of seizures and very hardto control epilepsy, so just praying that ths doesn't turn into LGS

Has also started Jack on 1ml keppra, morning and night, 2ml next week etc...and reducing the lamotrogine, so as keppra goes up, lamotrogine goes dwn til we stop it, but he will still be on nitrazepam 5ml morning and night and epilim 5ml morning and night...praying it works
