The best option for home visit?

Just wanting some advice. I have the OT coming round on tuesday morning for the first time to see ds2. When I first got the appointment through my first thought was to make sure the house is spotless and get someone to look after ds1 for the morning. Ds2 has ASD, we think, and ds1 has ADHD.
I have been thinking since and maybe I should keep ds1 at home and just make sure the house is respectable as that is real life for us. Do you think it is better for her to see how everyday life is for us or not. I am not quite sure what the best thing to do is.

don't bother with making the house spotless - just do what you would normally do for an acquaintance. I would consider getting DS1 out of the way if he is likely to be a big distraction to you and the OT as I imagine the first meeting is likely to involve you giving lots of background info.

I had to fill a lot forms in after the referal but before I got the appointment detailing all the background info, so I think that is all done, then again I suppose that doesn't mean she won't want to go over it all again. Does it? Thing is I don't really know what to expect.

Well looks like I have left it too late, ds1 will have to stay tomorrow as everyone who can mind him are busy.
I will just have to find something to keep him busy.
