Have been on ML for 7 months now, and I have decided that I am not going back. DH works 6 days a week, sometimes away for the whole week, and I have to look after the three DC's, which I love doing but can be really hard work. I only ever worked Fridays and Sundays, but will only be able to go back and do Sundays, which will be our only day together, when we have been enjoying 'family time' - Parks, walk etc. Plus, if my DH works away he always leaves on the Sunday.

He isnt happy, but looking after F is a full time job (great rewards, terrible pay ) But he says he accepts me decision.

Well done! You should be able to apply for CA if you are not bringing home a salary, not sure if you knew that.

I made the same decision, I finish ML in June. Although I was made redundant just before starting ML, I am not going to look for another job.

Your DH will come around to it.
