just to let others know - ours arrived this morning, from DLA and carers.

It's supposed to help with the heating bills.

i dont think they are sending out letters - something about cutting down on paperwork(!!!!)

We have not had any letter.

Yes, ours came in today. I thought they weren't until april.

Already spent it. Bought the kids a load of much needed new clothes and undies!

i think the last news was that they were supoposed to pay everybody by the end of march, and to get in touch if not received it by april.

Me too hecate- most anyway but think I am up to date now which will help massively.

Woohoo, mine came today as well! Got DLA yesterday so shocked it came today.

Bought ds2 a remote Wall-e as a treat, he has been after one for weeks, and Tescos had them reduced to £20.

SWEET!!! i knew these were coming, but i thought they would be paid with my CA and DLA- CA is every week but DLA not due till 17th march. they have both gone in!!! yay

If i get Dla for 2 dd's and CA for 1 how much will i get? Im thinking of not telling DH and go on a spending spree (clothes for the dd's and maybe one little thing for me).

I would think £180, we got £120 (DLA and carer's)

I've spent the day wondering what the money was in my account. I didn't spend it just in case it was a mistake. Should have known Mumsnet would have the answer
