woohoo just had a call from the family fund to say they'll give me all the money for ds's tomcat tiger trike. its £1555 so had to promise not to apply for another 2 years

we have this trike for dd (there's a pic on ttr) Got the velcro waistcoat thingie with it.

she loves it. Arf at yr comment about making little legs go ten to the dozen. Think we overdid it a bit when we first got it and forgot how knackering it was for her

she gets lots of nice comments and looks when out and about on it. Even had some nt mummies ask about it - not twigging its a sn trike and thinking its just some mega toddler trike. Haha!

oh his hands will be strapped on too...he'll have no choice!

bizarrely i had another charity call this morning wanting to fund it too! nothing for months then 2 in 2 days!!

i did think about it for a nanosecond but they are a small local charity who only collected in £2,000 last year so thought i'd best let them help someone else

eh? thats a bit pants! hope the family fund can help
