My ds has GDD and sLI plus Atustict traits

if you noticed I more often post at silly o`clock as he keeps waking up. been trying the calmly putting back to bed sometimes works after 90 mins of up and down other times not ,so far tonight been 2 hrs with no luck , he goes to bed and sleep ok , just seems be staying problem.Any ideas

Poor you phoenix. hope you are asleep now. i know some of the SN posters use melatonin (have i got that right?) so maybe someone will be able to advise you.

no sadley he did not go back to bed but par for the course odd few times he does i got get my other 3 dc moving

yeah unfortunatley adevlopment paed we see won`t give anything says train him out of wht does she tthik been trying for last 3 .8 years
lol feel like asking for mobile number so can givea her a call every time he wakes

have you tried melatonin - you could go to the GP, show him/her how desperate you are and they might give you a prescription? it is a natural/hormonal sleep aid which is available in every chemist in the US but annoyingly over here you need a prescription

yeah i asked my gp whos worse than flaming useless , hes like well sorry your just have to learn to deal with its way he is ,orers in some more indutrail strenth iron bars for eyelids

Tclanger might give that a go but he can be funny about people touching his head ie he screams like hes being murdered, took 6 months of going nto barbers just to play before he let him near his hair
