ds has got the chance to go on an extra school trip, it is to the theatre with another class, thing is they won't get back until 4.30, so to make life easier for her(and me) I changed her respit night to the tuesday....
shit she is all upset, and however many times I expalin it she keeps looking sad and making crying noises.

is the theatre trip on the tuesday or another day? and what day does she normally go to respite?

the trip is on a tuesday and she normally goes on a wednesday, It is bizarre, Her fave care will be there, she has been told she can phone me......

Sometimes it helps ds1 if we sit down and write it all out. Then he can get his head around the change in routine.
