"Brian Lamb is chairing an Inquiry to advise the Government on the most effective ways of increasing parental confidence in the SEN assessment process. This will involve reviewing evidence from a broad reference group of professionals and parents as well as commissioning and evaluating innovative projects that can demonstrate the impact on parental confidence of a particular approach. The projects will run for the school year September 08-July 09. The final report from the Inquiry will be due in September 09."
