I found these.

they are quite dear but I remember reading a thread about this in the last couple of years, and I thought this might help someone searching for zip back pyjamas.

Too expensive!!! I buy pj's from primark etc, cut them up the back of the top, sew the top to the bottoms, add a zip and sew a pair of socks on!! Takes a bit of time and tbh they dont look 'professional' but they have done a fantastic job over the last couple of years. Ds also gets to wear trendy 'boy' pj's aswell, eg spiderman etc instead of plain ones. |The Rackety's ones are really nice but dont have feet. Fledglings and Disabled living can get practical ones aswell.
