My DD will be 8months this week.

At birth she was DX CP spastic quad, yesterday she was proped on her knees and lying across my legs, and she pushed up, rolled over and sat down. She did this 3 times

Then she sat unaided for 30secs or so before her head bobed forward, as soon as it did she brought it back up.......AND she didnt fall over she did this for a few mins then did the baby wobble she did this twice.

Very very happy mummy

Hope she does it for physio

Wonderful news .
DS never performs for anyone - despite my asking nicely. Likes to make Mum look delusional silly

That deserves a very big boast and lots of cuddles

And no, she won't do it for the physio. That is law. And the physio should know that

TinySocks · 03/02/2009 06:10

misscutandstick · 03/02/2009 17:44

Cardigan - im sure that josey wont mind at all, when our LO's do something so wonderful we want the world to know about it and share in the excitement!

I love these threads too! Such fantastic news, at such a young age - you've got a real trooper there josey!!!

josey · 03/02/2009 21:06

Thank you for letting me boast, I had to somewhere where people dont coz they just dont get it. Cardigan I dont mind at all.

She had rolled a few times and could lift head then she got her PEG and completely regressed.

Today she managed to get her little hands an inch from her head and face.

To top it all off she has been trying to laugh at me today, she couldnt cry till 3months and isnt very vocal and her facial expressions are poor, but the giggling was obvious even without sound.

She works so hard and is so stuborn which I suppose will be good for her
