if you get you car tax free could you please

With this car tax thing...it says on the dvla website that the car has to be solely for the disabled person's use, but I know a few parents of disabled children who get this, so how does it work? J is on high rate mobility DLA, so am I entitled to free tax or is it just wishful thinking?

I use it all the time, so for instance when I go to visit my dad in hospita, well dd would want me to go, the weekly shop, well she needs food....

whats this all about i have never heard of it?? i have just applied for dla mobility element for ds so would it be linked to that as not got a decision yet on that!
