Daughter is 11 has reflux in kidneys, kidney scarring in both kidneys

my daughter has just had a spell in hospital with a particularly bad UTI, she has had the sting procedure done 3 times now and surgeon has mentioned that she might need an operation to move the tubes that go to her kidneys?
Does anyone no anything about this type of op??
and any suggestions for diet. cut out fizzy juice, but she is such a fussy eater.

cranberry juice helps against uti?
