Here are some suggested organisations that offer expert advice on special needs.

Anyone know where to buy that special lined paper with a line betweeen the lines so that the child has help forming their letters appropriately?

You can download it from, oh I don't know the site offhand, or how to do links, anyway, but if you google 'handwriting paper' or something, it'd come up.
I do it all the time for graph paper or cm squared stuff.
