lets not go there yet! lets get her other problems sorted, a dx of cp wont help us get answers for her postures so made an urget app for friday to see neuro, but he thinks its sezuires we seem to be going round in rings.

Bloody hell! Is that good news or not ? I'm glad someone thinks its seizures now (not entirely glad, but I hope YKWIM) but isn't it your neuro who thinks they aren't? Are you seeing someone different? If not, I can see how you are going round in rings. Can't imagine how frustrated you must be

Oh Trace, I've read lots of your posts and I really feel for you.

In a way I can see what your pead is saying about sorting out her problems in the immediate term and dealing with longer term later on. The trouble is though you want all the information now.

I'm glad you have an appointment on Friday, lets hope they give you some answers.

It would be sooo helpful if all the doctors could be in one room so they could agree sometimes. Your right its like going round in rings.

hiya trace, have been in your situation with DD.

we KNEW she had CP albeit mild but we didnt get it dx,d until she was 3.5, her paed too concentrated on her other issues,it is very frustrating but i think thats what they do.

its good that you are seeing a neuro,we werent offered one and didnt really know about one until after she was dx,d,but dds CP is mild hemi and we dont really need one,although i think we did a couple of years ago,sorry not to be much help but i understand your frustration.

this pead we seen today as seen episodes and wants dd sorted i do undertand what hes saying and he to wants all people involed in dd care to get together, and he says lets see to her needs. the neuro is a big one from childrens well resepcted he was the one who thought was reflux ( but i knew the op would not work),which we now know its not as shes had a fundo done. anyway he know knows thatshe needs addressing i carnt wait to explain how hurt my dd as been throught this and tell him if hes no idea just to admit he dont know so we can look elsewhere for a second oppion, we have givin him over a year shown him videos, hes had comfermation from peads ay our local that they brought her out of them and so on. i feel like its not real i am in a time warp
