With the Autism dx team after referal from paed. Do you think its ok to write a list to take with me or will they think i am OTT?
I know my mind will go blank once we get there and dd2 will probably be crying and wanting to go home. Not looking forward to this at all .

I kind of know what to expect as we have been through this with dd1 but still cant help feeling worried.

I would take a list with you. At least that way you won't have the added worry of wondering whether you've forgotten something important.

Good luck with the appointment. xxx

Appointment went well, dd2 was having one of her good days and didn't cry. I was told dd2 has severe speech delay and a few other worrying traits (mainly to do with socialising and communication), we have been refered to yet another speech therapist at the hospital which should be after x-mas. I asked alot of questions, they told me it could be ASD or speech disorder but at this point its too early to say.

DD did realy well and even picked up a plastic carrot and babbled into it as if it was a phone .
