bags are packed in the hall and it would be fair to say im cacking it now!

hospital phoned at 8 this morning to say they had "forgot" they would need to do bloods first and could i take him in today!

i politely declined so have to have him in first thing in the morning instead, figure i'll be spending enough nights in hospital over the coming week.

NMC was speaking to the communication woman today and she was telling me about a new eyetracker thats just out, its attached to the bottom of a dynavox but uses the same technology as the mytobii.

its smaller and runs off a battery with a 6/7 hour life so is more portable. she reckoned it might be easier to get funding for as dynavox is a more recognised name although its not much cheaper about 6k for the dynavox and 4k for the eyetracking attachment as opposed to 11.5k for the mytobii.

we're arranging for the rep to come up for a shot at it, i'll let you know how it goes
