That's interesting - I am researching music therapy for DS1. I have someone coming to the house next week to do some music stuff with him. I'll keep you posted. I've also booked art therapy for him so I'm going all eclectic.

Music really helps me. If I'm stressed out, playing piano or listening to favourite tracks really calms me down. It's predictable, it's rhythmic, it focuses my mind on something that isn't panic, it doesn't involve looking at people. Definitely worth trying. My only problem is that I can't cope with making errors whilst I'm playing. It has to be perfect
