Then explained to him about doing PHd

I'm surprised at you Mrs F for missing that . Yes RTKangaMummy, It was about The Jacksons. Luke has grown up alot, quite a good looking lad, he didn't really get much of a chance to say much. The second eldest child, I can't remember his name, was said to have ADHD, he was squirming around alot in his seat. Although on My Family and Autism I think I recall that he didn't get a dx of ADHD at that time. They couldn't wish for a better mum.

They weren't on it for long enough

She is an amazing woman (I only got to see half of the documentary about them when it was on), and I think she could have been given a lot more time to speak, and probably helped people.

When Trisha mentioned it just before the break I quickly tried to mention it on here, but I couldn't get on line. Happens alot
When my ds is older I'm going to read Lukes book with him, it might help him understand why he has certain difficulties. I heard Jacqui and Luke on the radio a while back, but I don't think they came across very well, abit rushed I think. I have full respect for that lady, I wish she would write a book about her experiences.

it's a great book- funny in places... intense in others.

Once you have read it you feel you know the family so well.
