sounds like a poster you'd see in a student flat

SixSpotBurnet · 26/09/2008 23:03

Thanks 2shoes, I am laughing into my wine now! Very helpful, some of these professionals .

Lets all pity the poor buggar whose job it is to examine and illustrate the poo!

HRHMamazon · 26/09/2008 23:11

I did query it once when they wrote in dd's H/S diary that she had had a medium poo, I asked if the measured it, turns out they have another chart for that

Oh God yes, that wonderful chart. I had to use it a lot at work. There's nothing quite like poring over a page of shit and playing spot the difference!

NOt entirely unrelated. took DS for his 3rd EEG recently and one of the staff told me about a poster they had on the wall for the little 'uns to try and explain what would happen. Its still there and shows a cartoon fox in a suit with electrodes stuck to its head. They ran into some trouble trying to explain to a non English speaking Mum and her LO that they weren't actually going to see the fox having an EEG!

I once read a joke about the types of ways in which you poo...also with illustrations. Was rather funny. One of them was the bouncy poo oor something and had someone bouncing up and down on the toilet. This reminded me of that.

magso · 27/09/2008 15:13

Ds rather likes his poo chart - appeals to his sense of humour!! I just have to remember to hide it if we have guests - oh and stop Ds anouncing to the world his latest er success!!

saint2shoes · 27/09/2008 15:39

We used to encourage ds to go with a small chocolate reward. Now everytime we stop at a service station (which has the 2 essentials of a loo and a sweet counter) he has to use the loo - and annouces proudly to all -- so he can purchase his reward!!
