Dd2 has been refered to a learning group/playgroup for children, we had a phone call last week and they are comming to see her at home to see if she is suitable for a place (3 sesions a week). If she gets a place she will get the speach therapy that she badly needs.

What should i expect tommorrow, how can i help get her into this playgroup?

with ours the lady just came and chatted and played a bit and got to know history and background etc. theey will just want to know whether she meets the criteria and would fit into the group before they offer you a place, to make sure it is the right setting. it won't be scary, i promise! offer her a cup of tea and have a chat.

Sounds easy. Dd1 will be home when she comes and is worried about a strange woman comming to our house (dd1 has as and hates strangers comming to the house)

Fingers crossed dd2 will meet the criteria
