AS son scored an own goal in school today - he is inconsolable

He is so hard on himself

He is doing really well and his new teacher seems good and he was happy about school

Now he is just so sad and annoyed with himself

I have been talking to him about it and how it happens to man u players and all little boys at some time etc

and he just asked but why do things always happen to me?

and I didnt know what to say

we just spent last 15 mins on google looking at the top 10 own goals

then we found the top 10 fluke goals

and he could see how easily it happens either way
