Sliced of meat rolled up?

Cubes of cheese?

what does she like eating? are you saying less wheat because she doesn't like bread or because you are trying to cut down on gluten?

Brioche?
Soft cheese and breadsticks?

Home made sushi (doesn't have to have raw fish in)?
Little cubes of set polenta?

Check out the doves farm website for some nice ideas for wheat free baking.
