I know KS1 SATs are rubbish and I wouldn't normally mention them at all, but as some of you know I've been worried about DS1 and his dyspraxic traits for some time now. In last year's report he got great comments for effort, but all his attainment ticks were in the 'low' boxes.

He's just got a level 2C for writing, which is only just below what is expected for the year. All his attainment ticks have moved up to high or above average except for handwriting and the report is full of comments about how hard he's been working and how much his concentration has improved .

AND both DSes have got fab teachers next year
