AIBU to be annoyed with the bloody taxman

I have just bought dd some software. clicker 5/paint and PCS symbols.
the VAT on the PCS symbols was over £20.
It seems as the software can be used by able bodied as well It is not vat exempt

yeah like a able bodied person needs a bloomin communication system.
(OK know it is just the way it is but need to let of steam)

It's a stupid system sometimes (VAT).

That is quite pants!

VAT on PCS symbols? That's really crap (clicker I could understand but PCS symbols no way).
