Looking for something in the school holidays suitable for both ds's.
DS1 age 8 very sporty & sociable so somewhere with stuff to keep him amused.
DS2 age 5 mild CP, ASD learning difficulties.

We are struggling to find something with enough going on to keep ds1 happy but small enough for ds2 not to spend the week trembling with fear.

All suggestions welcome
thanks

Thank you, I know the area as lived in Brighton & Eastbourne but never holidayed there & it was pre kids so not sure whats about.

Ideally would like to be between E'bourne & Brighton but can only seem to find places near Hastings.

Thanks for your help any ideas welcome.

Theres a butlins in bognor regis which is not too far from brighton, or the haven out by hastings, think thats it really.

anxiousmax · 09/07/2008 16:57

Thanks fiodyl i'll have a look at the Haven I think the Butlins would be a bit too much for ds2 to cope with.

Butlins Bognor Regis is vile! Well the place is ok, it's the other holidaymakers - so many parents drunk by 7pm (esp the grandmas for some reason) and parents swearing at their kids. Shocking food too although you could tell most of the people thought it was normal (it was sub school dinners, like the worst chain pub you ever ate in). The evening panto-type shows are just an opportunity to dump your kids in the middle of a huge circular bar. We left a day early it was so depressing.

Church Farm at Pagham (not too far from Bognor) is quite small, it's a Haven site.
