Feedback on Psicon, MedinetMinds or Paloma Health for Right to Choose

Right to Choose: Does anyone have any feedback on the following:
-Psicon
-MedinetMinds
-Paloma Health

For a primary age girl, sibling already diagnosed so not our first rodeo but our first RTC.

Anyone? For adhd.

In our area Paloma Health were contracted to provide ASD assessments for children over 5yrs of age last March. We were referred the following week and received a diagnosis within 3 months of referral and found them easy to deal with but we were lucky to get in at the beginning in our area and they now have a much longer wait time for assessment because of the number of referrals.

They were waiting for the ADHD contract to be agreed and finalised by our county at the same time and, as far as I’m aware, it’s not been completed and so they can’t take on referrals. Also, they re being told not to assess under 11pms initially because of the sheer number of older children wait in for assessment.

One thing we were told was that, if they give a child a diagnosis of ADHD through RTC referral, there is no compulsion at the moment for the NHS to prescribe meds - and this is one of the big hurdles to the contract being approved.

Medinet are super quick (a couple of months start to finish) but admin is appaling!
