Night-time continence pad recommendations for a teenage boy with SN

My son is almost 15 and doubly incontinent. Every night at the moment his pad leaks and we have to wash sheets and pjs.
It seems to leak out the waistband area.
We use tena flex
Anyone has suggestions for nighttime continence pads that work well for a teenage boy?

You could ask the continence service to allow DS to try a range of products.

Teen DS1 uses slips rather than pads and also has a button into his bladder now, so I don’t have any pad recommendations, but depending on DS’s development (absolutely not asking you to discuss that!) if trying different pads doesn’t work, you could try sheath catheters/conveens.
