I use MN, IPSEA, SOS!SEN, Special Needs Jungle, Young Epilepsy, The Epilepsy Society, ADDitude, The Challenging Behaviour Foundation, Dyspraxia Foundation, The Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists, the National Autistic Society, Epilepsy Action, SMIRA (about Selective Mutism), MIND, Young Mind, my LA website (to look at what schools there are around; not advice on education law)…There is also Afasic for parents of children with speech and language disorders. I know them personally, so wouldn’t be reading their website myself.

I’ve also read quite a few books and professional journals over the years.

I forgot, if I needed to fill in the DLA forms for the first time, I’d look at Cerebra’s guide to them, which is supposed to be very good!

I also look at Disability Rights UK, and various specialist solicitors websites like Irwin Mitchell, Simpson Millar, Sinclairs, etc for articles on education or community care law. I also look at the Legal 500 to see who are the top ranked solicitors or barristers in the above areas of law at the time.
