I received this letter this morning, after speaking to another mother whose child receives DLA. She said after sending this form they call you and go through the child’s whole claim with a fine tooth comb and to expect to be on the phone for 1.5 hours.
In wondering why I’ve been sent this?
is it standard ?
are they reviewing my child’s claim early ?
TIA Daffodil

It isn’t anything to worry about. It is a standard letter some receive. It is just checking you understand your role and giving you the chance to ask anything if you aren’t. Most do not get a call afterwards.

Thankyou, I can’t find much online about the letter. Can I ask if you have had one?

Yes but a long, long time ago now. I know others who have more recently. There’s been other threads on here about review of appointment to act letters too.
