Hi.. I have an autistic 8yo and I’m looking to get him into extra after school clubs to help with his social skills as he’s not at all sociable which doesn’t seem to bother him but I’m thinking ahead for the future
he goes to a SEN school so they don’t do the typical after school clubs. I found the national autistic society as heard they very good but their phone number no longer is in use as I tried today and got the automated response to go online etc.
i found a national autistic branch in south Croydon but it’s a day centre basically for adults so no good for my son at this age
can anyone help at all? Obviously there are the usual clubs but I want it in a small group so he doesn’t get too overwhelmed and I’m not getting much luck online so thought I’d ask here
it does need to be Croydon ideally as I don’t drive so don’t want to travel too far out
