WHo can I complain to about the way DD1's DLA claim has been handled??

I sent in Dd1's claim form 15 weeks ago, so in plenty of time. They requested a report from the school in march. They then requested a report from the consultant and she only recieved it last friday. Dd1's DLA runs out tomorrow. Dh's carers allowence will be stopped as of this week too.
I want to make a complaint as I feel they had plenty of time to get reports and deal with the claim within the time frame.
Why leave it so long to request a consultant report??

CANT FIND MY THREAD BUT IN ARCHIVES LOTS OF ADVISE ON sorry caps lots of advise on dla and complaints must be something in there

hope you get it sorted in process of doing my ds and heard its not easy first time round so lets hope they buck there ideas up for you and i wont have same incompitancy when dealing with my ds

still no decision They have put it on the top of the files and as soon as they recieve the consultant's report and make a decision they will phone me apparently
