That's really crap.

Seuss · 09/06/2008 21:01

Awful. Yet another case of how things that are really horrid are made worse by inadequate communication and total ineptness. grrrrrrr.

Seuss · 09/06/2008 21:03

Just to be clear - I meant ineptness on their part - I would say 15weeks is ample time!

misdee · 09/06/2008 21:05

SparklyGothKat · 09/06/2008 21:10

grrrr There's always something! They only let you know there are bits missing just before the deadline...mmmm...suspicious or incompetent or just plain awkward???

Arabica · 11/06/2008 07:47

That's a terrible wait, and there was me posting about how efficient they'd been with us. Hope it's sorted soon.

i sent DS's in 3wks ago... havent even acknowledged they have it yet, and they dont seem concerned!

Incidentally, its been sent in 17wks before review date...OMG doesnt look like its enough!!!

hope they get their acts together... maybe another candidate for 'arse' and 'elbow' stickers and a map, just to help.

My claim for my ds started last year in October, I was turned down, asked for it to be reconsidered, turned down, applied for appeal, in time and was told that they received it late, proved that it wasn't ( recorded delivery), and still haven't heard anything.
I have been to stressed out with statement, and other crap money and family related things and keep forgetting. I have heard nothing from them, since I wrote to them explaining that the application for appeal had not gone beyond the time.
GRRRRRRRRRRR!
I hate all this shit I have to go through

misscutandstick · 23/06/2008 11:19

OMG thats awful deeja! sparkly, have you heard anything?

Yummymum1 · 23/06/2008 12:30

Deeeja i appealed also in plenty of time and after 2 weeks had passed with nothing from them i rang to check they had received the appeal form as there were only a couple of days left before it was too late and she said they hadnt received it yet!!!!??!!
I told her when i had sent it and she said it can take up to 10 days to appear "on their system" !!!
Seems to me they need a new "system" or is it just an excuse to turn more of us down???
Hope you hear something soon
