Undiagnosed ADD in adults.

I suspect I probably have ADD though I have never had a diagnosis I can tick pretty much every box in the list of typical characteristics. I have also just read an article about girls with ADD and it is like it was written about me as a child.
I manage fairly well in that I hold down a job( but have not really progressed in line with my qualifications and experience) as well as running a home and bringing up 3 kids but, it can be a constant struggle to keep my head above water.
I am not looking for sympathy just a bit of advice from anyone with a similar experience or strategies for coping.

Thanks JB

These people might be useful for help and support, or be able to point you towards a useful person to properly assess you and find out what you can do to make life as easy as possible. I have an ASD rather than ADD, but I know how much I have to rely on strategies, support, advice and friendship from people so it's well worth trying every avenue of help you can get.
