12 year old daughter - physical symptoms

My daughter has just been diagnosed as autistic- she’s been masking until she got to this age it would seem. She’s often plagued with tummy problems, tiredness, general malaise, complains of being suddenly hot or cold but the springs back to ‘normal’ and then back again. Could this be related to ASD?

The physical symptoms could be related to ASD or a co-morbidity. The difficultly with temperature regulation could be related to sensory issues. Has DD had an OT assessment? Fatigue can be related to masking or burnout or it could be related to a co-morbidity such as hypermobility.
