MIL thinks she has all the answers

She has been telling me that i treat the dc like babies and that's why they have autism. Apparently forcing them to hug people and some time in the army would cure them. I pointed out that Dc2 can't join the army because of his previous suicide attempt but apparently that was "all a big misunderstanding" and " they'll be changing the rules on that soon anyway".

The daft thing is that her son (my dh) has autism too.

Ignore MIL.

You post a lot about MIL, why do you give her so much headspace?

Thank you. I don't know, she just sounds so convincing sometimes it makes me think she is right and i am clueless.

I think you would feel a lot better if you ignored what she says. In one ear, out of the other.
