Has anyone done this? I’ll be taking my son to Bluestone this Christmas for 3 nights, it looks so lovely and festive. It’ll just be me and my 9 year old who is autistic and non verbal. He’s more like a 2 year old in terms of understanding etc.
Ive taken him on caravan breaks on my own and it’s been hard work on my own but not impossible.
Does anyone do this? It’s hard and lonely but I want my son to experience everything neurotypical kids do. I do envy seeing big families all enjoying together and I get a lot of comments like wow! I don’t know how you manage or you are brave! Etc.
