Can anyone in Oxfordshire tell me about their ADHD meds substitutions for XL methylphenidate

DD is on the XL methlyphenidate which hasn't been available for a year or more.

We're in the SW, and our health authority has swapped her for two not quite as long lasting meds which, kind of, works but isn't as good. However this took quite a battle as they had a policy of offering something which just didn't work for her.

She's got a place at Oxford (results permitting!) and we're trying to work out whether she should get her prescriptions here or there. (We are only 2 hours away and the terms are only 8 weeks, so it's not too difficult to get stuff to her).

So if anyone can tell me what their policies on substitutions are for the XL, that would be really helpful.

What exactly is he on? As in Medikinet XL or concerta

It's supposed to be Delmosart and Xaggitin modified release (54mg in total) but instead she gets Medikinet XL in 40mg and 30mg to take in the morning and lunchtime.
