Hi, this is my first post. I’m new so sorry if I do anything wrong. I know there’s certain ways to do things on here but I just wanted some advice.I put an application in for child DLA last year in December. I received a phone call to ask about my sons nighttime care. The woman said that she had everything now to make a decision. And explained that I might receive a payment in my bank if I’m awarded anything and then I will receive the letter after that.
I’m just wondering if anyone else had received a phone call from the DWP? I haven’t received any text message so I’m just wondering if that’s normal. And I would like to hear from anyone else what their experience was.
